Exhibitors
Exhibition stands are located in the first floor of the University of Vienna close to the Ceremony Halls and the Lecture Halls. Exhibitors may either bring their own stand or rent a stand (standard: white walls, grey carpet, banner with exhibitor’s name, 1 light, 1 info desk and 2 bar stools). WLAN and electricity is available free of charge. Additional equipment can be hired at the exhibitor’s expense and needs to be specified in advance.

Exhibition stands are available in the following sizes (two adjacent stands can be turned into one larger stand):

The price includes the conference registration for one exhibitor. Additional exhibitors must pay the conference fee.
Exhibitors who are interested in placing their logo on the conference webpage as well as in the programm booklet are asked to contact the organizers at lmc2011@univie.ac.at
Exhibitors can mount their own stands on 5 September 2011, from 8:00 – 16:00 and must remove them at the latest on Saturday 10 September 2011, 18:00.

Exhibition stands must be booked before 1 July 2011 and are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Exhibitors will receive a confirmation of their stand reservation and an invoice, which has to be paid at the latest by 5 August 2011.
